Shorties Play Sessions – A few things to know
By booking a session, you’re happy with the below:
Supervision
Shorties is a parent/carer supervised space, so little ones remain your responsibility throughout the session.
Age Guidance
We’ve got a mix of toys designed for different ages. We just ask that you use your judgement and guide your child’s play in a way that feels right for them.
Play & Safety
We’ve taken care to create a safe and engaging space, but as with all play, there’s always a bit of risk — so please keep an eye on your child as they explore.
Food & Drink
We kindly ask that no outside food or drink is brought in. Our café is open throughout with some great offerings available.
To keep the play space clean and safe, we ask that food is enjoyed in the café seating areas rather than inside the play space.
If you or your child have any allergies, please let us know before ordering – while we take care, we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Health & Hygiene
If your child (or you) are unwell, we ask that you skip your session.
Shoes off for little ones in the play area please (socks encouraged).
Bookings & Entry
We recommend booking in advance, but you’re very welcome to walk in if there’s space on the day.
Bookings are non-refundable, but can be moved to another session with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Photos & Privacy
You’re very welcome to take photos of your own children, but we ask that you’re mindful of others.

Please treat the space, toys, and other guests with care.
